Both headsets feature Turtle Beach’s signature 50 mm heavy-duty drivers which produce an amazing listening experience, particularly if the Dolby Atmos or Windows Sonic spatial sound enabled. Both headsets impress with their flip-up microphones which offer a clear voice chat every time in games. The variation in Stealth 600 and 700 exist in the features they have and the way they are built.

There is leather incorporated into the design of the Stealth 700, giving the headset added durability. Additionally, the earcups have a bit more space in them, which is great for comfort and breathing room. Feature-wise, both of the headsets in question feature mic monitoring, but there are two extra functions in the 700: Active noise cancellation and Bluetooth compatibility.

The former effectively quiets any noise outside the headset, replacing it with a “blank noise” while the latter allows you to connect your Stealth 700 with a compatible Windows 10 PC or your phone.

However, the Stealth 600 has just one more card up its sleeve to rope you in: the five-hour charge difference margin, a much stronger battery than the 700. If you’re someone to sit in front of your PC or PlayStation for hours on end without taking many breaks, you would appreciate more hours.

Stealth 600 vs. Stealth 700: Which to Buy?

Finally, the choice of which gaming headset you will equip your setup with comes down to whether or not you are willing to spend $50 for a handful of extra features, and if you think they are worth it. If you have money to spare and think some bonus functionalities will be cool, the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 will be the one for you.

With that said, the Stealth 600 is a solid choice too. Not only is it lesser in price, but in some cases, it defeats its pricier competition. You certainly won’t lose out on any microphone or sound quality by picking this instead. Moreover, the five-hour extra battery life surely puts it on the top in some aspects.

Conclusion

Overall, in Turtle Beach Stealth 600 vs. 700, the major takeaway is that both the wireless headsets are excellent. One is the best value (Stealth 600) whereas the other can be argued as the best overall (Stealth 700). If you don’t have the extra budget to spend on your headsets, the Stealth 600 will be enough for your audio requirements.
