Buying Guide of Best Headphones with Microphone for PC

A significant transformation from listening to music in free time to using it for ensuring one’s daily bread, headphones have become an integral part of our life no matter where we go and what our profession is.

Today, headphones come with a range and a variety of specifications, including a built-in microphone, wireless technology, durable battery life, and so on. To bring greater accessibility to your devices, you can have one of the best pick headphones for regular use.

Getting a well-built-in Microphone and impressive sound profile is not everyone’s cup of tea. If you are looking for a pair based on your preference, you must look into the inner properties- Noise-canceling mode, battery life, and audio profile. For your betterment, we have given the detailed information on mentioned features in the following:

Noise-Isolating and Noise-Canceling Modes

This feature is now almost available in all types of headphones. There are differences between these two modes.

Noise Isolating means headphones block surrounding noise from entering your ear.

Noise-Canceling Mode refers to miniature-sized microphones that tend to allow entering outside sounds. Such a headset has a processor that produces the anti sound wave to remove out the noise.

The Lifespan of Battery

Battery life does matter. Most of the headphones we have written above have battery life for up to twenty hours per one/two hour charge. Also, wireless headphones tend to provide much better playtime than analog earbuds.

The Quality of Microphone

If you want to use your headphones on a PC or Laptop, you should examine the microphone quality. It works like magic in remote works if you have a better pair of headphones. There is a microphone jack for every traditional PC though it does not seem to have greater convenience. Today, some of the trending headphones have a microphone section attached to their gear. All you need to do is to set up the connection properly.

Audio Profile

The quality of sound matters too. Having a decent headset for PC is not the ultimate goal, and the most complex task is to find out if the headset provides quality sound. You can have an upgraded idea of audio features if you can spare time to compare the best headphones.

Budget

You know this is pretty obvious that if you want better sound quality headphones with volume control spec, you cannot but have to pour huge money. Relax! It does not take thousands of money. All you need is to try out affordable ranged headphones with exciting features, including voice control, do not matter if you are an audiophile or not.

Frequency Response

The frequency response characteristics are usually printed on the box. The frequency range that a headphone can replicate is the most common range because the human hearing range is likewise 20Hz-20kHz.

However, just because a headset can replicate certain frequencies does not guarantee that it will sound nice.

Final Thoughts

In our trending headphones, the noise-canceling feature has a considerable influence to help you focus on your work. Following this, the first and foremost task is to check out which pair of headphones go with your work ethics.

We can conclude by saying that our top-pick products ensure outstanding quality. We can enhance our flexibility by having the Jeecoo Xiberia Headset for its multi-functional adaptability and noise-canceling Microphone.

How to Reduce Echo in Your Audition

Last Updated May 25, 2021

Are you a recorder? Facing problems with echo in your recordings? Want to reduce echo in your audition? Check our article for your queries!

Echoes are big a problem faced mostly by beginner music recorders who use adobe audio for recording their music. No matter how smoothly you try to record your audio music you end up with echoes in your audition and end up recording your song over again.

We try shutting all your windows and doors, and making sure not to breathe at times, and do not allow anybody to walk past while recording, yet still, you end up with echoes in your audition.

Why do echoes occur in your audition in the first place? – How to Reduce Echo in Your Audition

The reason we stated ‘beginner music recorder’ is because most professional music records know they will end up with echoes, but know how to reduce echo from their auditions. This is not a complicated method, but rather an easy one. In this article, we have discussed all the ways you can reduce echo in your audition.

Most microphones that are used for recording are powerful enough to capture sound reflections. Sound waves that are reflected from your floor, ceilings, walls and every time someone walks past it are captured by it.

Thus, you end up with unwanted echoes in your audition. You cannot completely remove these effects, but certain tools exist that helps to reduce the amount of echoing and help to enhance your audio’s quality.

Sometimes microphones can also record echoes that come out of your headphones or speakers. This happens when your speakers are close to your mic. To prevent this you need to disable the ‘listen to device’ option. Some webcams have a built-in option for microphones.

A common mistake can occur when people set the wrong microphone to record. This problem can be solved from your ‘Audio mixer’ option and select the right one.

How to reduce echo in your audition?

  • First of all, choose your audition file which contains echoes and select it. After opening the file, choose a quiet portion of your waveform and select it. You have to right-click on that quiet section and select the option ‘Capture noise print’. This selection will help adobe audition to identify which is the echo and which is the main audio in the recording.
  • Next, to remove the echo that you previously selected you have to go to ‘effects’ option then select the ‘noise restoration’ option. Click on your file and listen to check if your echo has been removed from your audition. If you want to make the Gating effect sharper then go to the ‘Advanced’ tab and then lower the slide of ‘Spectral decay rate’. If you think the changes made are satisfactory then click on ‘Apply’ and save them.
  • After that, go to ‘Effects’ and then select ‘Amplitude and Compression’ then click on ‘Dynamic Processing’. You will see a compression file on your screen, here you can edit and re-shape your overall wavelength. You will find a diagonal line mark along the line of the processing display. Changing the pattern of this line will curve the default audio path and affect the echoes in your audition. You can change this line and its position however you like and carry out A/B testing with the original audio.
  • If you are happy with how your audio sound and have managed to reduce echoes in your audition using the ‘Dynamics processing’ option then select your complete waveform. Then click on the ‘OK’ option. This will, however, cause to lower your audio’s volume or amplitude. You can increase your volume level from your ‘Amplitude & Compression’ option by clicking on ‘Normalize’.
  • Some muddy and annoying frequencies caused by the echoes may still exist in your audition. To solve this problem, go to the ‘Effects’ option again ‘Pick filter & EQ’ and go to ‘Parametric Equalizer’. You will be presented with 7 different frequency bands to choose from along with a high-pass and a low-pass band. They exist thereby system defaults. You can choose any or a few of the bands to fix your midrange and all the unwanted frequencies from your audition.

Some convenient techniques to help reduce echo in an audition – How to Reduce Echo in Your Audition

Try to capture the noise from the room tone that is ambient. Next, use the noise reduction option to cancel that room tone. Then use parametric equalizers to reduce the frequencies that you find disturbing or does not blend well. You can swipe around with any peak until you manage to find any frequency that sounds strange to you then reduce it to 15dB. Try lowering few of the frequencies.

After that, use another parametric equalizer to cause enrichment of the voice. You can increase the lows and high slightly and lower the frequencies from the middle. This will help to make your audio sound crispier but less muffled.

You can also add a single-band compressor to help even out the amplitude of the voice. This will improve the quality of your audio and reduce echoes. The overall quality of your sound will sound better and much more pleasant with all the echoes hones.

Adaptive Noise reduction

Adobe audition has an amazing adaptive noise reduction option that helps to remove and reduce all unwanted echoes from your audio. This can reduce the most ambient background noise and even wind noise. You can use this through the ‘Multitrack editor’.

Manage tricky noises

While clearing echoes you will find some tricky noises in your audition. To reduce them you need to select the audio spike and then adjust the amplitude in the dialogue that is right next to the waveform.

Bottom Line

Now that you have read this article, you should have an idea of how to reduce echo in your audition. Have a great time recording podcasts, audio music, and voice-overs as much you want. Enjoy!

Top 5 Best Headphones for Nintendo Switch in 2021

Last Updated April 24, 2021

Playing Nintendo Switch but using a pair of old, tattered headphones? Trust us when we say this, you aren’t getting the full gaming experience until you have some good headphones to provide that audio backup. Since its launch in 2017, the Nintendo Switch has had many compatible bits manufactured by gaming hardware brands. These suit an extensive range of priorities and budget.

Today, we talk about the best headphones for Nintendo Switch and everything we love and hate about them. Let’s start.

Buying Guide

  • Compatibility: Switch is compatible with both USB and 3.5mm inputs, to a certain extent that is. After the console’s 4.0 firmware improvements, the Switch’s dock comes equipped with a pair of USB ports that support wireless audio through a dongle. But that will only work given the console is docked. You’re pretty much left with only a wired 3.5mm audio option unless you’re thinking about using the USB-C port in a weird duo-dongle event. So, it’s important to keep connections available.
  • Comfort: Gaming for long hours can put excessive pressure on your outer ear. Padding in the right places and a good, ergonomic fit can save you pain and discomfort in the long run. Open-back headphones also offer breathability to keep your ears cool.
  • Microphone: If you’re playing games with voice chat enabled, you’ll need a decent microphone in your headphones. Clear audio output is what you want.
  • Quality: Drive size determines how great the audio will be. Anything above 40 mm should be find. Plus, better audio provides that immersive feel while gaming. Some headphones also come with noise cancellation to tune out ambient sounds.

1. Boltune Bluetooth V5.0

 best wireless earbuds
Boltune Bluetooth V5.0 Headphones

Boltune produces arguably some of the best wireless earbuds for small ears. The Bluetooth V5.0 comes with 3 interchangeable silicone covers. These start and end on the silicone covers’ smaller side across the board. Since you are getting three different sizes from the get-go, it’s easy to find the right one for you.

Next up, let’s talk features. Generally, you find one or the other. One set you have to keep paired when you’re using it, or the other set that can only connect one at a time. You can use them as needed. Have full charge and won’t need them for a long time? Pair both? Need to keep them on your for longer? Use one at a time, and put the unused one on charging. And on that note, each but comes with 6-hour of battery life and can be charged directly in the case.

Other great things include the water and sweat-proof features (with normal use, of course; don’t go submerging these but you won’t have to worry about sweat), the great sound quality, and noise cancellation.

Not enough? There’s also an in-built Bluetooth 5.0 and TWS, ensuring stable playback without static noise or cutouts.

Pros:

  • Single and twin mode
  • Compact
  • Impressive package design
  • TWS/Bluetooth

Cons

  • Earbuds can’t be interchanged

2. Mpow M30 in-Ear Bluetooth Headphones

Mpow M30 in-Ear Bluetooth Headphones

The Mpow M30’s mega-high rating is adequate proof of its popularity and performance within its customers.

The outer ring features a unique design, adding an “extra fancy” part. Thanks to the ear fins, the earbuds fit into the ear in a comfortable way with maximum security. Mpow didn’t have to do much more to make it a stellar performer; given the already low price tag, but they went the extra mile. They allowed for a bit of extra air circulation to provide a moment of relief in extra sweaty situations.

Including polyurethane drives give the audio much clarity and a rich bass. These earbuds also come with multiple buds so you can get the best fit that tunes out the outside chaos. After all, isn’t noise cancellation what we’re all after? The IPX7 certification provides it solid waterproofing. But similar to what we said with the Boltune, don’t submerge them or swim with these on. You’ll also get a 2-year warranty with your purchase.

Pros

  • Stylish and functional ear fins
  • Single and dual mode with easy toggle
  • Super stable connection with the advanced chipset

Cons

  • Short stability distance – 30 feet

3. VANKYO X200 Bluetooth 5.0 Earbuds

VANKYO X200 Bluetooth 5.0 Earbuds

Similar to most other great wireless earbuds in the market, the Vankyo X200 features a powerful Bluetooth 5.0 chip. This ensures great stability in every connection. A unique feature allows you to remove both earbuds together and sync them together automatically with a sync up. In many general cases, you’d have to do the right one first, then the left. It goes without saying that you can just take one out and use it alone.

Incorporated large and extra-special 8mm speaker offer amazing sound quality with the 1.7mm driver – bigger than standard drive areas. The metal carry-and-charge case is exceptionally durable yet super fashionable. Just one case charge lets you enjoy 120 hours of playtime. This simple thing makes it perfect for people always on the go, campers, travelers, hikers, and anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors. In fact, your primary concern might become if your device(s) can deliver 120-hour of service as well.

The unit includes three flexible silicone tips of different sizes to help you find the one that cancels out the most background noise. Although the outer ear piece features a standard to normal size construction, the special taper-end near the ear bud portion allows it to sit comfortably and securely in smaller ear space. Once these are sitting in place, you can be assured that they won’t fall out or cause soreness.

Top 5 Best True Wireless Earbuds Under $50

Last Updated April 24, 2021

You might not be able to fully appreciate the existence of true wireless earbuds until and unless you find the right pair for you. But, we’re here to help! We try out best to pick only the finest the market has to offer, but you might still have to make a few compromises here and there. With that out of the way, let’s start!

What You Need to Look For

Good quality earbuds are powerful, portable, and you don’t have to worry about tangled cables. However, for a high-end setup, they tend to get pricey. Sony’s and Bose’s best models can go for over $200. Breaking the bank over a pair of earbuds doesn’t seem like the wisest decision. This is why we have rounded up the best true wireless earbuds under $50.

There’s a catch here. Much like everything else in life, there’s a tradeoff here as well. When you opt for budget true wireless earbuds, generally, there are a few sacrifices in order, namely features and build.

It’s safe to say that any pair under the $50 margin will be made of plastic. But this isn’t an immediate indication that it’s of poor build. Some of our picks also come with an IP rating, meaning they are somewhat water resistant. This is ideal for people who live in unfavorable climates, and athletes and fitness enthusiasts on a budget.

1. ENACFIRE E90

Best True Wireless Earbuds
The stems of the ENACFIRE E90 resembles those of AirPods but they’re slightly shortened towards the bud, giving them a unique look. Given their price tag, the E90 sounds rathes good, providing good detail and ample bass. The buds feature a comfortable design and will sit on your ears securely.

You shouldn’t expect these to be on the same level as AirPods Pro, but the audio output is still clear and with reduced background noise. In addition, the fairly responsive touch controls and low-latency gaming mode make this one of the best true wireless earbuds under $50.

Pros:

  • Decent voice calling capabilities
  • IPX8 waterproof
  • Great battery life

Cons:

  • Not really waterproof

2. TRANYA T10

Best True Wireless Earbuds

The Tranya Rimor was another good option before the Tranya T10 came into being. It looks rather similar to its predecessor but features a few improvements to make the already good deal into an excellent one. Not only does it feature a better battery life of 8 hours, but improved 12mm graphene drivers, IPX7 water resistance, and AptX and AAC codecs. The case can charge via USB-C and wirelessly.

There is one thing to consider. Given their generic appearance and feel, they might not fit all ear shapes perfectly and tend to stick out a little. But once you get a tight seal, the T10 sounds good. The well-defined, potent bass and detail are impressive.

Pros:

  • Extended battery life and quick charging
  • IPX7 waterproof
  • Good noise cancellation

Cons:

  • Connectivity issues from time to time

3. Anker Soundcore Life P2

Best True Wireless Earbuds

Anker’s Liberty Airline was a hit in the earbuds market, and the Soundcore Life P2 will please everyone who has a limited budget. Their sound is much warmer, which we love. There are some cuts in the bass and treble department, but consider that a compromise for the price.

Soundcore Life P2 comes with physical buttons rather than touch control. The four microphones (similar to the Liberty Air 2) have a bunch of functions. Two are meant to help with reducing noise and they do a fine job with it. You can’t charge them wirelessly, but you do get a USB-C cable for that purpose. With a 7-hour battery life, there are arguably the best from Anker’s budget true wireless earbuds line at the moment.

Pros:

  • One-step pairing
  • Fast charging
  • Great vocal enhancement

Cons:

  • The physical buttons can be problematic to use

4. ENACFIRE E60

From a digital perspective, the Enacfire is painfully low-frills to an extent. But it received both wireless and USB-C charge, not to mention the IPX8 waterproof certification, so it isn’t one model we can just ignore.

It offers quite clear and crisp audio with a punchy bass for the affordable price. It would be unwise to expect mind-blowing sound from as it tends to sound uneven from one track to another – but again, it exceeds our expectations when the price point is taken into consideration.

Pros:

  • Ergonomic fit
  • Extended playtime
  • Ample noise cancellation

Cons:

  • Not the most durable

5. OnePlus Buds Z

Boasting an IP55 rating, great sound quality, and superior fast charging, the OnePlus Buds Z is the best true wireless earbuds under $50 offered by the brand. Just 10 minutes in the case and the buds will provide you with 180 minutes of playtime. This one feature makes it outperform many other premium choices in the market in fast charging.

The AAC and SBS codec simply means that while iPhone users will get to avail consistent playback, non-OnePlus Android users best return to SBS for better, more reliable output. If you have a compatible OnePlus mobile, you get full Dolby Atmos content. Plus, the automatic ear detection is a nifty little helpful feature.

Pros:

  • Limited Dolby Atmos
  • Good fit
  • IP55 rating

Cons:

  • No aptX
